Christian and Gay?

Romans 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Romans 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

I don’t know what you have been told or what you have been made to believe. You can’t be a Christian and be gay at the same time. You will have to choose between accepting Jesus and his sacrifices, and practicing homosexuality.

The Bible is very clear when it comes to its position on this and there’s no working around it. This isn’t to say you must stop gay or practicing homosexuality, this is saying don’t be deceived.

If a church leader has assured you that you aren’t sinning according to the scriptures by being gay, they lied.

To be Christian is to be Christ-like and live in purity. Homosexuality is far from that according to the scriptures.

Note that you may not be a Christian since you are not working according to the principles of Christ but he loves you and he is always there to embrace you when you find your way home.
